His background includes securitization, fintech advisory, and high-stakes commercial negotiations across banking, shipping, and tech.

Lina is a strategic innovation and customer experience expert with 20+ years of cross industry leadership in service design, digital transformation and brand strategy. After leading roles in business development, strategy and experience design, she founded a consultancy helping organizations create human-centered services and navigate growth.

She holds an MSc in Technology & Innovation Management and is the Business Co-creator of the Strategic Design vertical of Panteion University’s ADandPRLab. A certified expert in service design and digital transformation (MIT Sloan, IDEO, IDF), she advises startups and corporations at the intersection of experience and change.

At Forthtech, she supports early stage founders with strategy, positioning and research-driven insight, helping bold ideas become scalable ventures.

Anastasios is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of international leadership across aviation, IT, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence. He has held C-level positions at organizations including Athens International Airport, Globo Technologies, and SingularLogic.

In 2017, he founded Imperative Consulting Group, advising airports globally on enterprise architecture and operational tech. A two-time WITSA award winner for AI solution and 2023 bITe Award recipient, he is also an active evaluator in global ICT and Cybersecurity competitions.
